Happy Holidays from Rock's Roofing, Inc.

Everyone here at Rock's Roofing, Inc. wanted to wish all of our Wheat Ridge and Front Range neighbors a safe and Happy Holiday Season! We can't wait for to unwrap presents next week and hope that each and every one of you gets to spend the holidays with family, friends, and loved ones.

Recently, Rock's Roofing, Inc. owner, Matthew Rock, took the time to volunteer as Santa at the St. Joan of Arc Christmas brunch to hand out candy canes and listen to the kid's Christmas wish lists. Legos will be a huge hit this year and anything of the electronic toy variety.

Matthew had a great time and the funniest part about playing Santa was that each of the kids were whispering so low, as if their wish was a big secret, that it was hard to hear what they wanted. All the kids are planning on leaving out cookies and milk Christmas Eve, and Matthew said he felt like Mother Goose as anytime he got up to move from one location to another, the kids followed him around like little ducklings.

We hope no matter what denomination you practice, you have a wonderful Holiday Season and safe Happy New Year.

Why to get your roof repaired now before winter temperatures drop.

Just because there is snow on the ground as well as your roof, doesn't mean that your roof can't be worked on during the winter months. In fact, roof repair is important all year round and Rock's Roofing, Inc. is always ready to help protect your roof from winter temperature and weather damage.

Rock's Roofing, Inc. can tear off old roofs in just about any type of weather, but the asphalt manufacturers suggest a proper application above 40 degrees fahrenheit so that the glue strips underneath the shingles do seat properly. Colorado and Denver has a lot of cold days in the winter, but as you know, we have even more WARM days in the winter and due to the higher elevation, the sun is able to heat roofs better than on the east coast or at lower elevations. Therefore, the snow melts quicker here than in most parts of the country allowing us to complete roof repair year round. We have many more mild days in winter than other parts of the country.

We do adhere to the manufacturers recommendations, but we don't shut our doors for winter. So if you are in need of some roof repair, please visit us online or call today. 303-425-1083.
