One Star Maintenance Program:
For 1-5 year old roofs: Once a year, for one year at the annual rate of $225.00
Two Star Maintenance Program:
For 5-10 year old roofs: Once a year for two years at the annual rate of $325.00
Three Star Maintenance Program:
For 10+ year old roofs, commercial properties, rental properties, etc: Twice a year, for five years at the semi-annual rate of $450.00
